  Patient, informative, kind, encouraging, shows both filing single and filing joint, makes sure the account number for refunds is correct, always checks for clarity if not sure what we wrote/claimed regarding tax deductions, knowledgeable, stays current on changes.

  It was truly our good fortune to discover Yvonne a couple of years ago. She and her staff are outstanding and have certainly made our life easier. I can honestly say she is the most thorough tax preparer we have ever had, plus her rates are beyond fair and reasonable. She and her staff really "go the distance".
