I had a modem issue. Internet was wonky and my cable reception was poor at times with the picture fracturing due to weak signal. Kenny came out today and worked over my system. A new modem was installed and he checked all the wiring and connections and found they were faulting out. Kenny repaired everything and everything works very well now. Kenny was very personable, professional, and a complete delight to have work at my home. I couldn't be happier with his knowledge and understanding of the internet and cable tv systems. Clear Creek Communications is the best, hands down. Thank you for coming right out and doing a true journeyman's job.

I do not like the new way to see movies on any device. This is not convenient. I liked it the way it was with "on demand". Now I have to be suspicious with every new item because they are going to charge you money for the services.

The channel lineup is amazingly poor. If we had another option we'd switch in a heartbeat. Even with the "sports" package or whatever they call it, there is no MLB or NFL network. Not to mention no TruTv to watch some of the March Madness games.
