What an amazing bike shop that reunites stolen bikes with their owners. I was happy to have them do a reasonably priced tuneup in appreciation, and they did not try and upsell me on any parts that I didn't need. Classic Cycle just became my go to bike shop anytime I am in Oregon city, and I will definitely recommend to my friends.

Just inherited a bmx cruiser and had talked with Al about having random service work done as by budget allows.... Came back this morning and had Dan true up a wheel. While I waited for literally less than 15 mins! Super great experience! Dan and Al both chit chatted with me while they were working up my wheel! Made me feel like they really do want me to enjoy the bike! I'll be back for everything else! These are the bee's knees when talking service and customer service! High fives!

Went in to have a tire put on a rim for my downhill mtb. Just the tire change.. upon getting my wheel back I noticed that it was only at about 10 psi, I didn't think anything of it until I put the working psi into it. It help air for about 5 min then started leaking and went flat. When I inspected it further I noticed huge dents/gouge marks on the side of my rim... the mechanics are on drugs in the back to the point that one of them was jaw-jacking and pacing back and fourth and speaking gibberish

I took my sons bike here for a tune up a shift cable flat tire and rear brakes took 2 weeks $178 get the bike back it will not shift and the breaks are soft so he tells me I need brakes again and they need to be bleed so $80 and he replaces reintroduced brakes still soft and bike still does not shift not going back talked to other customers I’m the parking lot taking his bike elsewhere due to bad service

It was a a 2week wait and 75$ for a bike assembly, i had the bike assembled finally get to ride it and the brakes barely work, changing gears caused the chain guard to break, and the handlebars are off center, its like they took it out if the box put the wheels on and that was it..

Took two weeks longer to do a basic overhaul on my bike. Managed to lose the receipt. Forget that it was there and never trued any of my wheels, bother to dust it or do any work I could see.Also they are bootlickers.

This place is excellent! Al and his employees are super friendly, and they know everything about bikes. They go the extra mile in service and the prices can’t be beat. Worth the drive to OC. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

The guy at the counter (I didn't get his name) was super helpful with the rear hub of my bike. I had previously tried fixing it myself but I only made it worse. The guy took the wheel in, fixed it in less than 5 minutes, and all for FREE! I'll definitely be taking my mountain bike there for regular tune ups. Great place!

They were really friendly and even offered to give my father a ride since we were going the same direction back home, my Trike was missing a few parts when we bought it online so we took it here to get it tuned up and replace the missing parts so it would be safe to ride and after a relatively long wait it was just like new with all of it's parts and rode like a dream! Don't listen to the bad reviews and give the place a try you won't regret it.

I took my bike to put the training tires on it, and after that one tire was flat, I took it again, according to them they fixed it when I went to pick up the bike, the flywheel was loose, I immediately told the repairman. why is the vilante loose? He told me that I had done it! okay! they fixed it!! but now the other tire is flat. is not a coincidence? I no longer trust these men

The guy who I believe is the owner was pretty rude to me when he did a tune up and my derailluer was messed up. He tried to make it seem like I was accusing him of something which i wasnt, i just wanted my gears to work properly. Im not a confrontational person at all and the experience made me uncomfortable. Never left a review because I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but my friend recently had a very bad experience too which is prompting me to leave this review. I also recently heard about a neighbor having a bad experience as well.

Phenomenal customer service by far the best bike shop ever been to. Daniel really help me out and all the associates who work there are very friendly and professional! Thank you very much I absolutely love my mountain bike !
