Clerks do not seem to understand how over the phone payments work and have on several occasions (5 to be exact) double applied a payment to one of our vehicles vs doing a payment on each vehicle as asked for, then report me to the credit bureau for a “missed payment”. They lack common sense here and do not right their wrongs. Do not recommend.

Very helpful tellers who work with you and are kind, only thing I don't like about this bank now is that they support and partner with this Drag for Kids shows, I do not support that at all and just may be changing banks soon to a place much closer to Central Oregon.

Was a member for about two years. Service is OK. Did not care for the rainbow decor. Finally went to a different credit union when I found out they were a big sponsor of men dancing in front of young kids.

New name is not good. It makes no sense. Huge misstep. Also they did send out a notification to their members about the change..great customer service!

I had a stroke and could not go in to credit union but called and asked to change my address. They said I had to go in. They then charged me $10 for returned mail fee because I had not changed my address. You want to do business with an outfit that treats members like this?

even with a perfect payment history with them on my auto loan and with automatic payments, they won't approve me for a new auto loan to trade in my current vehicle for a new vehicle. Your good history means nothing to them

The change to Embold is beyond sad. First the logo design is a full copy of the Portland Timbers and not unique. The personal banking for a credit union is gone. It's cold and uninviting now at the Canby location, they have some weird reception table inside the doors and then you are sent to a computer to deal wirh someone working remotely and live on a video. Talk about losing the personal touch they had as Clackamas Credit Union. I loved the personalized experienced they offered before, the changes they have made are not customer friendly or positive. Clackamas will be missed!

Been with them for years and current management has lost touch with members. They seem to have zero fiscal responsibility. Changing names costs a lot of money. WHY the change? Need a grassroots uprising to elect new members to the board who care about running a customer oriented credit union including being fiscally responsible.

They locked my account and it has been over a month now. I cannot get to any of my savings and it is really screwing me over here and they don't care. My direct deposits are bouncing back. My auto pays are not going through. I don't have another account and never wanted my account frozen to begin with! They lied multiple times about how long it would take to unfreeze it. I have been livid over this and nothing has been done. I just keep getting told to wait longer and longer. CFCU , you've really let me down and made my life miserable. My credit score has gone down because of this too. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone after this nightmare. Please do the right thing and fix this. It's been far too long.

I went to CFCU for a HELOC and they did an AMAZING job!!! Not only were they thorough in their communication, but they went above and beyond to assist us with the process. The gave us very personalized attention and were the absolute best! I highly recommend them for banking and any financial needs.
