Absolutely horrible people!! Unbelievable! I've had a business account for 19 years with these folks. When I lost my card, I was told that I'm not allowed to because my middle name isn't on record. Really?!? Time to switch banks! Bye bye a&%$holes!!

We got our Auto loan through Chase, we paid off our car and they continued to draft my account, now they won't return our over $1,000 over payment. Run away form this bank.

I had a great experience when I visited the Chase Bank in Oregon City, Oregon. I was visiting from Green Bay Wisconsin . I made a same day appointment and I was happy to meet Leah who helped me adjust my accounts to add my daughter to my accounts. She was very kind and helped me to accomplish and take care of my needs. The experience was seamless and all communication was wonderfull. I am an existing customer in Wisconsin. I would recommend Chase Bank here in Oregon City, Oregon. The staff is great, and very friendly.

TERRIBLE BANK. Beware of a banker there Ryan Dube, who completely lied to my face about APR on a credit card. Told me a different APR would be given to me than what was shown in my app / and was shown on his screen the correct one that I signed for with him. Have email proof after speaking with him about this. Terrible ethics to lie to your customers, I would not have switched banks had I known this was going to happen.

Walked into Chase Bank to cash a Chase Bank check written out to me. Because I don't have an account with Chase, there is a $10 fee to cash a check that is written on a Chase Bank check. Unbelievable!

Essentially Chase has stolen our money. We deposited an earnest money check into our checking account. They flagged it fraud. Yet they ran the check. This closed our account to give us no access to our acct and money. All associated acts closed as well. This is our primary bill pay acct. We have attempted every thing chase asked of us and the large brokerage corporation the check came from were diligent in providing the necessary identification. Chase literally asked us to bring an employee down to the branch to verify the check could be written. They asked for their CEO!!! The check was cashed and held and we have no access to pay our bills that have come due. They not only stopped the check but also all the money in our account! They have asked the bank of Virginia to pull the money back but this is impossible if they run the check. Bank of Virginia and the brokerage firm have washed their hands of it and explained that it is between us and our bank Chase. Which does not feel good as they have taken our money and provided no realistic way to resolve the issue. We have accrued late fees and damage to our credit as a result of banking with Chase. We still have no access to about 7k of our own money. I would tell anyone listening to avoid Chase bank.

This location accepted some money I accidently washed that had dyed the money. The other Chase Bank that I went to beforehand refused to accept it

Over the weekend I tried to go in to open a savings account for my son, and was told by the teller that there wasn't enough time to open the account before they closed. I was instructed to come back, and that I would need to make sure I was there at least one hour before closing. Today I stopped by the same branch, and while there were four tellers and at least three bankers working, and I came one hour and 15 minutes before closing, I was told that no one was available to help me open an account. I was asked if I had an appointment and I told the teller I didn't have an appointment because I have to work during the day when the branch is open and could only come by on a drop-in-basis since the appointment takes a full hour and that's longer than I have for a lunch break by the time I account for commute time. The teller didn't offer any additional options, and wasn't concerned about the inconvenience of being turned down twice when trying to open an account. You really need to learn how to offer services at convenient times for your customers. I will go elsewhere.

Chase looks good on the surface, but has a dark underbelly. Tell Chase that aligning with the Paris climate accords requires more than sending out press releases. Stop funding fossil fuels, including tar sands and fracking.
