Poor quality hay, even worse customer service.Paid over $900 for delivery of top-quality this-year hay, but once delivered and opened bales, found brown and dark clumps. Horses shouldn’t & wouldn’t eat it, of course. Was told by worker there “we don’t take hay back just because your horses won’t eat it”. When I called to convey my situation to the manager, he yelled at me, refused to come get the hay. Said he’d “swap out” but I’d have to bring it in myself, which would require over 6 trips using my short-bed truck, and over $200 in gas cost. Ended up giving hay to neighbor for her cows since she had implement on her tractor for removing the 1.6 tons of hay I purchased from CBI. I’m out over $900 and I will never buy from CBI again.

I so appreciated their friendliness and ability to deliver. I'm getting ready to place my second order. A friend of mine highly recommended them to me and I plan on staying with them. Another positive is that they are close by.

Love this place! I've been coming here for a few years. Employees are always in a good mood. Even helped with a flat tire once without asking.Even the dogs at this farm are happy.Coming here a few times a year is something I look forward too... Small treats in life ;)

Daryl and his crew have always been knowledgeable and helpful. Always have good quality hay and other products. Been going there for years now and never a bad experience.
