Tom Busch Home Furnishings was open on a Sunday for the FIRST time in 138 years. My partner and I did not check before we went in. Win #1. Our dream couch happened to be the floor model they were using. Right color, right size, right couch cushions. Win #2. Didn’t love the pillows that came with, no biggie, but then LO AND BEHOLD they have a pillow box?! Picked out 6 perfect pillows. Win #3. Free delivery because we were the first people to make a purchase on a Sunday. Win #4. They can deliver on the one day I work from home? Yes they can. Win #5. Wonderful people, wonderful customer service, and a very happy family who now has a couch big enough for the 4 of us. I cannot recommend shopping with them enough. They were open and honest about extra items that would/would not work, had no issues with us taking our time to go over measurements, and were all around a lovely couple to work with.

Fantastic service from inquiry to delivery. Andy and Nancy were really helpful in picking a couch and assisting us in customization. Couch arrived on time and their team were really considerate and professional during the install. 6/5 stars!

Great place to buy furniture. They are a local family owned Co. that have been around for many years. The selection of quality furniture is ample and and everyone is very helpful and friendly. This is the only furniture store you should be shopping at!My wife and I have purchased a sectional, accent chairs, coffee table, and a dining room table set here. All of the furniture has been extremely well made, high quality, and very affordable.There is a good reason this place has been in business since the late 1800's, and it's due to great furniture and stellar customer service.

I received the desk, very nice but missing parts. They sent me replacement parts but sent wrong ones. Waiting again for more parts. Desk quality good but service sucks!

Great customer service, they take their time to help you with your design of your furniture, the fabric, the colors, and the contrast pillows. The delivery drivers even helped us move our couch downstairs through the window because it wouldn't clear the stairs to get to the daylight basement. The next day, I went back and ordered accent chairs! We will be back again! Thanks, Nancy!

Cannot say enough good things about the good folks at Broadway Furniture. We were looking for a few pieces and ended up purchasing everything from Broadway. We ordered a custom sofa, chair, and ottoman; the design process was easy and we love that it was constructed locally. It was delivered in three months, which was great considering the current wait times at other furniture stores.We also purchased a sofa off of the floor, it's gorgeous! The delivery team both times was super friendly and helpful. I'm glad that we were able to support a local, independently-owned business and happy to recommend this establishment.

The lady that assisted us, if you want to call it Assisting, was loud bossy and extremely rude. She said that the furniture from Ashley furniture and Costco was junk. She didn’t even want to really show us anything. My daughter and I left the store completely shocked. I’m really surprised that they’re ever able to sell anything. The furniture looked good. But the sales lady who I assume is the owner was just ridiculous.
