Had the bulbs I needed . I’ve gone in there 2 times and they had black light bulbs for Halloween and 60 watt bulbs soft white for my hallway. They are close in town. Will continue to give them my business!

This morning with a full trunk of groceries at Winco in OC my car wouldn’t start. My son Jeff came with cables to give it a jump & it wouldn’t do that. Batteries Plus was in the parking lot. We purchased a battery from Travis & he lent us the tools & Jeff removed the core and installed a new battery. Very nice people working in this store. A line up of people but he was still very helpful. They were also helping another lady with a similar problem. Highly recommend them if you need battery assistance.

I was just in the Oregon City store looking for help finding a USB cable. The employee recognized it as an older style.
He said it was Mini B to USB A. I probably would have wasted money buying at least 3 of the wrong cables from Amazon before I got it right.

These people can’t program key fobs! I made 3 trips to this store and each time they told me that they needed a different machine to program my pickup’s fob. The last time they deprogrammed my working fob and I had to wait while they fumbled around trying to fix it. I finally got out of there, but the employee was quite rude and not apologetic at all. I will Never go to this store again.

I took my son's cell in to have his screen replaced. I would highly recommend Batteries Plus in Oregon City. All the employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. I was told how I could go online to find a case and screen saver for my son's cell. When I went back to pick up the phone, Matthew Reese even put the new case on for me. I could not have done it on my own. Thank you Matthew!

I went to this location to have my Iphone 11 battery replaced. The agents were friendly enough and offered to have my phone battery replaced within an hour. True to their word the phone was ready in record time. However there was an Apple warning on the settings app that a non recognized battery was in the phone and that I could expect to have issues. I inquired with agent and he explained that there should be nothing to worry about and that the warning would go away in a day or so. I went home and started looking up what happens to phones with unauthorized batteries and became concerned. The articles also said that the warning would never go away and that there were no known ways to delete it. I went back the next morning and the same agent told me that the warning would go away in a few weeks. The very same person who told me the previous day that it would go away in a few days. My error was that I wanted to return the battery and take the phone to an Apple store for service. Batteries Plus obliged my request, removed the battery and credited back the charges made to my card. When I got to Apple the repair department said that the inside of the phone was damaged beyond their willingness to work on it and declined to help me. The end result was I had to purchase a new phone The only thing I can offer to anyone considering having the Iphone or other electronic devices repaired at batteries plus is to be aware of the possibilities of voiding any product warranties associated with their devices. Also it would be reasonable to have the sales people at Batteries Plus provide accurate information about their workmanship and the consequences that might occur when using non Apple approved parts.

Have been here a few times for batteries, and have been pleased with the prices and customer service. Recently needed some D batteries, and Batteries + was about half the price of Fred Meyer. Plus Batteries + always has coupons.

Store manager was very unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate my simple requests all for a very obvious warranty issue. I’d highly recommend going to one of the other locations.

I was going to have my phone repaired here, but when I questioned why I had to prepay for services, I got my ear chewed off. Why am I going to pay $80 for services not yet rendered? And when I said I was going to pass, I got yelled at that any store will make me pre-pay (not true) and hung up on. This person needs educated on how to handle himself on the phone.This review was posted immediately following the call at 3:00pm.

If you buy a battery and it goes bad during the warranty period, be aware! They will hold it for 3 days while they test and charge it. Wasting your time. At least at Autozone they trade it out right then and there. Batteries Plus lost my future business.

I went to the Oregon City Batteries Plus and dealt with Chris, I was having trouble with my key fob, the alarm kept going off randomly, all hours morning and night. He tested the brand new batteries I had just purchased, and found out that they were completely dead. Chris put in a new set, and by deduction found out that the fob no longer works. It was a relief to finally have an answer to my troubles.Chris went above and beyond what I expected. I hope the company reviews this post so he can be recognized as the outstanding employee that he is. Thank you Chris for the exceptional service.

I had never noticed this batteries plus in Oregon City, but stopped in one day with a battery problem.Michael was very helpful and thorough.He explained everything clearly,tested the batteries,and even walked outside to talk to my friend( older,couldn't walk) and tell her what he had done,and what to do.I couldn't be happier with the professional,friendly service and will definitely be back.Thanks again Michael,tell your boss to give you a big raise!:):)
