I had an apt today at 4pm. I walked in at 345 and was greeted before I even sat down. The lady who helped me, (don't recall her name) was a nice blonde lady. She was very kind and very professional and kept fun small talk during my name change. She also greeted others during my apt to tell them people will be with them. Very kind and seamless process. I even got my email the same day stating my new card was ordered.

I had a shared account at the OC branch. The branch manager there Kara, with 30 years of “service “ to Bank of America, decided to close my account.I then called corporate B of A to help get my financial statements, they told me I would have to get a judge to subpoena the account. After long discussion, I was then promised that I would be mailed the information.Unfortunately their financial center manager “ has a different objective. She has filed a lawsuit and ignores requests or timelines

Sad experience today. Inconsistent banking practices that impact your ability to have a quick and efficient bank transaction experience. After over a decade of loyalty I am looking at alternatives to banking with Bank of America. It is bitter sweet as breaking up is hard to do...

They won't cash checks unless you have equal amount in your account and it takes a few days for check to go threw and for my spouse that's from Mexico they make him show 3 pieces of ID until I showed up and asked them why and he has a mortgage and a checking account .

Absolutely do not sign up for the Merchant Services. They stole $3600 out of my bank account after I told them I never signed up for a five-year contract that’s insane. They also did the same exact thing to my partner. I kindly asked if I could return the machine they sent me they said yes, or I would be charge so I returned The merchant machine and then they stole $3600 out of my bank account. I went to the manager here and Oregon City branch several times over and over. There was nothing he could do. They said it was a third-party that’s insane they’re allowed to rip you off in their branch and then point the blame innocently at some third-party crooks they use probably in a different country stealing money from the hard-working American man , the worst part was the suit and tie manager had absolutely no comments nothing he could do. They just wanted to get me out of the building as quick as they could. The five different times I came in there. .

I have been going to this bank for over 20 years, have always had great customer service everyone knows me personally and they are always great ,unfortunately over the last couple of years not having enough employees has really brought the branch down, the outside ATM has been an ongoing problem one way or another when in a hurry and trying to deposit but forced to get out and go into a understaffed bank In order to keep my accounts safe I do not have an ATM card nor do I online banking to avoid any way for thieves to access the account only to be told at other branches they need to verify they can give me money from my account with proper ID and account information?? Then be told I should online bank or get an ATM card I feel like bank of America is trying to force their customers to online bank to avoid customer service and paying employees best way to keep accounts safe is to bank in person without online access for thieves and making the bank fully responsible for protecting your funds and accounts without any excuses that someone has hacked or stolen information from a purchase location. I would appreciate not to be forced to bank the way you want me to ! and provide the people and customer service I have always been accustomed to at bank of America, And fix the ATM at the Oregon city location for deposits and hire people and open back up the drive thru and get back to the customer service that has built your banks. I lately have been considering moving on to another bank but would prefer to stay with the great people I know.

Unbelievably understaffed. Only one teller in the building. Most employees cannot assist many transactions because they are not bankers.... they have to schedule that with another banker... be prepared for a wait and possibly a return trip. Transactions take more time than they should at a higher frustration and difficulty level. Bring multiple ID documents, even if they 100% know you and situation, you still need to give them more id info. Do yourself a favor, bank at a credit union.

It's OK. If you want someone to answer a phone, go to another bank. Personally I find that very annoying. The people in the bank are nice and I've always enjoyed my interactions with everyone there.
