If you make a Deposit in this branch, make sure you keep your receipt - $500 cash deposit into my account was not recorded by the teller. After 9 days of reporting this, it has still not been resolved. Ontario, Oregon branch never answers a call from my experience. Thinking seriously of moving to another bank.
After 13 days the $500 is pending in my account - no apologies from the branch, for their mistake.

Your customer service is horrible. Your automated system hangs up on me over and over after only a a few rings. If I gotta be on hold then so be it. But hanging up on me passes me off.

I can NEVER get anyone on the phone, it is always our bankers are not able to answer your call at this time. More like anytime!

They closed my account with no notification and when I went in to see what the issues was they told me and I sent them all the information they needed to fix it and they told me to wait for Mari to call me and I have called everyday with no call back for two weeks!

Never answer the phone!Tried calling many times to set up an appointment several weeks ago with no answer. Drove 20 minutes to get there and was told I needed to call to schedule an appointment with a banker. They ensured me their phone works.Now I have to schedule another appointment and have called repeatedly throughout the day with no answer.
