I was having a procedure done and used to work for this branch, for which I have employee accounts from when it was Sterling Bank. After throurougly explaining my condition to the store assocaiate, manager and call center manager this bank took no sentiment in my scenario as I did not have access to my financials and would not reverse an O/D fee and being a loyal client to them since 2012. Citi Bank actually corrected the fee even though they weren't the institution responsible, if that tells you anything. I highly recommend avoiding this bank, very disappointed in the service at the branch and headquarters. WILL be moving my accounts. If you have any issues, take the matter above branch staff and ask for Susan the District Manager if they want to retain any sort of client base.

Poor policy to charge $8.00 for cashing checks drawn on themselves. Don't know of any other bank that does this. Will never bank with Umpqua Bank and will require cash instead of an Umpqua bank check.

I took my money out when they were in Nyssa 2yrs ago and thought that was the end of it. Got a letter telling me that since there was no activity after 2yrs they were going to charge me 5dollars a month unless I put money in an account I thought was closed out. Called them and the lady said I had to go to the bank to straighten this out. WABOS.

Good luck getting them on the phone. There service is horrible all I need is a bank account verification paper filled out but they can't seem to do it.

WORST BANK EVER!!!! Do not bank here! Covid has given them an excuse to provide terrible customer service. They wouldn’t let me have MY money until I told them what I was going to use it for. I had an appointment that I had to get to & needed a cashiers check so I called ahead to have them make it up ahead of time & they wouldn’t do it. Made me wait in the drive through for 20 minutes & I was late for my appointment. I tried to make an appointment to cancel all of my accounts & they wouldn’t let me. They said that appointments to come in the bank are only for people who are wanting to open a new account.
