“I called them 5 mins from town, saw me as soon as I pulled in. I had ripped my bumper off backing out my driveway in idaho and was driving all the way to the coast. We couldn't do the full repair but made sure to secure the bumper for me, so I could travel safely. Not many people or businesses would stop what they were in the middle of to make sure you could keep in schedule with your travels. “Transmission went out on our trip back from father's day weekend in Bend. Before we could even call for roadside assistance, a very pleasant young man (Cade) stopped his car to ask if we needed help. I told him we were calling to get roadside assistance. He stated he worked for Roadrunner towing and left the information for us to give to our insurance company if needed.. The insurance company was unable to secure us a towing company so we called back to Roadrunner. They were friendly, helpful, and prompt. The dispatcher sent a truck and within minutes. Cade showed up and loaded our car on the truck. He was friendly, helpful, professional, and prompt. We would not hesitate to use this service again. Great company! Thank you!”
