Door of storage has to be held open or crashes down. To load storage needed 3 people. Storage rate gets raised but nothing about storage has improved. Gate sometimes doesn't function. But they were the only place with an opening when i needed it.

I felt my items were very secure at Southwest Mini Storage, Ontario. Their manager, Cynthia, was very awesome to work with. We rented 4 units. I moved from Craine to Hines and there were no storage units available.Thank you, SW Mini Storage.
