Purchased my vehicle after much unnecessary back and forth. Freddy was great at the start. They picked me up and drove me out stating they don't take offers over the phone or online. Got there and they didn't except my offer so I wasted a whole day. They turned around a week later and accepted it. Refused to deliver the car. Went back out bought the car. Left with an empty gas tankAnd the AC already needs to be serviced.....Could def step up their CS

This place has TOP tier service! I don't think I'll ever even look at another dealership after visiting this place! I took my parents truck in for an oil change and was greeted very kindly. They offered to rotate tires and also wash the exterior once they were finished. The oil change was complimentary, btw, because my parents purchased their truck there. But even if I had paid to do the oil, it was a super good price. While I waited I was offered water, full coffee bar, chips, and popcorn. Lots of outlets in lobby in case u have to charge phone while you wait. Free wifi and comfy environment. 12/10 would go back any day of the week!

Horrible experience here and would not recommend. I did try to call the dealership to speak about my experience, but no one answered, so I decided to leave a written review. I am not one to post things like this, I actually believe this is my first time, but the experience I had with an online salesman was one of the worst customer experiences I've ever encountered. I called to inquire about a car currently on their lot and was followed up with via text. Essentially when negotiating price he low balled me on my vehicle I would be trading in and then aggressively got upset when I countered. When I explained the reasoning behind my counter offer he was unreceptive, insinuated I was lying, no longer wanted to negotiate and told me to take my business elsewhere... I have never met a salesman with worse customer service skills and would highly recommend you steer clear of this dealership. Even if they reached out now after the fact and gave me a great deal I will never give this dealership my business.

The truth is I'm not going to buy a car here again and I don't even dare to have the cars I have serviced. I'm trying to locate Mr. Steve Dominguez but his staff doesn't want to make an appointment with him. I have a 2010 Tahoe Hybrid that they put on him. a ? hybrid battery and it did not fit well now I have it there because of the guarantee they gave me to rectify the problem and the service manager already took it personally with me I guess he is not going to help me I feel discriminated against and for that reason I am trying to talk better with Mr. Steve to fix the problem, I paid more than 6,000 dollars for that service and it is not fair that I do not have my car yet and they do not even treat me with respect or kindly give me a reason for when they will fix the problem and When boy they don't even want to help me and if they do help me they don't tell me what's happening, they just say that they have more than 200 cars to fix and that they don't have to callMr. Steven please ? let's raise awareness, I'm just another customer of your company, let's fix this please.

The service was quick and fairly priced. I always wait while I get my Camry serviced and the store is super clean. There's coffee and water and a friendly staff. I drive from Caldwell to get my Toyota serviced there because they do a great job.
