I had an issue with our Suburban yesterday and went into the store. We ran diagnostics and found that the voltage regulator on the alternator was bad as well as the battery. Isaac was incredibly helpful and even offered to put the new alternator and battery in for me right there at the store. After a few minutes Isaac had me back on the road. Thank you!

Brandie and Jeremy were amazing!! I pulled into O’Reilly’s with a steaming engine. Jeremy came out to my car and said the serpentine belt had snapped off. So, I bought one and he printed a paper to install it. He didn’t know how to install it but he called a mobile mechanic to come out to help! Brandie also looked and was so helpful! They let me and my best friend hangout in their store while we waited for help! They are both so knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to spend the afternoon with them! I’d highly recommend this location!!
