I am doing a full renovation on a 2,000 sft building.First Strike: I emailed a list of items I need a bid on. Never heard back on the list but had confirmation of receipt.Second Strike: I walked in and handed the list to them. They said they would be in touch. Never heard from them.Third Strike: I walked in to ask about and order, common CMU Block (cinder block) Customer service was clueless as to what I was talking about. After silly attempts at trying to explain to the fella at the counter what an 8" x 8" x 16" Cinderblock is, I finally left. I won't be back.The place looks like it is stuck in time from the 80's or 90's. Dust on everything. Clear plastic packaging has faded to yellow.NOT A DIY/HOMEOWNER FRIENDLY PLACE
