Went there a couple days ago an a old man named Paul an a lady that he was working with is beyond rude! An elderly lady came in as she said a day before the gas pump didn't shut off when her car was full. As I have worked for gas stations before, when something like this happens it's not the customers fault. THE PUMP FAILED TO STOP! ITS COMPANYS FAULT WITH THEIR PUMP!! BUT this guy has no common sense for customer service! This place is running down hill lately I'll no longer being going to this store an will definitely spread the word to many of others! STAY AWAY FROM HERE I CANT BEILIEVE THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE ALLOWED TO TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT LET ALONE AN ELDERLY WOMAN!!! Same on them... The elderly lady wasn't even rude. She didn't deserve that! How many other elderly women do they treat like this I wonder???

I would give this Jackson’s location 5 stars if they kept the flavor of drink that I buy stocked more often. Nevertheless the staff is always great to me and all the customers I’ve seen. They treat everyone with dignity and respect; especially the woman who helped me tonight. I wish I had remembered her name. She goes above and beyond. If I knew how to contact her employers directly, I would want them to know how amazing she is. She was the only woman working on Thursday, October 28 2021 at the 4th St location.

I loved going to this gas station, the workers were friendly and made you feel welcome. But now they have one guy named Patrick that is rude and has no sense of customer service or how to deal with customers he doesn't care to deal with or know. I only stop here now when I have to because nothing else is open at 5am. However the ladies that work here are wonderful ! ???

Very clean. Super friendly staff. Fresh products. The Let's Go app gives me punch cards for things like fountain drinks, coffee, even milk! If I'm gonna stop somewhere, it's here!

I love this gas station! Friendly service! Except for one employee. I don’t know her name but she’s short, Hispanic and just had a baby. She’s rude and makes me, my friends and family feel uncomfortable when going in or even while checking out.
