“Dennis and Jamie are fantastic! My wife and I have homeowners insurance and our vehicle insurance with them (Country) and we couldn't be happier. In the instances we've needed to make a claim (a basement flood in one case and a flat tire incurred in the middle of nowhere), they have been immediately responsive and knowledgeable about how to proceed/what to do next. They were also dilligent in making certain that our claim(s) were processed in a timely fashion and-especially in the case of the flooding incident-were following up regularly. More than that, it's evident these two care about their community-sponsoring a variety of events and volunteering whenever they have the time.
