Great customer service, friendly employees. Clean, well kept store I always find what I'm looking for, and if I'm not sure where it is at there is always an employee nearby to help me out.

This review is specifically for one employee, Mindy N. We've been in this store many times and never had service as great as we've had today. She knew her products and knew how to work the system. She was extremely knowledgeable, super friendly, and her customer service skills were amazing! It was a very pleasant surprise considering the negative experiences we've had over the last year. Mindy, you're a rockstar! As far as the store is concerned, it's your typical Home Depot with plenty of items in stock.

I ordered carpet from Home Depot. It was 2 weeks for installation, which gave me time to pack all the knick knacks, empty all dressers and closets, move everything we were responsible for. A three man crew came and and began the work. All my furniture was piled in the kitchen, where I waited for the carpet to be installed. After working for 4 hours, one of the workers said "we have a problem". The carpet is defective. We are going to have to talk to our Supervisor at Romanoff Renovations. They would have someone get back to me. After they left, is when we noticed the carpet was soaked with water. Never did anyone on the crew say the carpet was wet. I used a few towells to soak up as much water as possible. How could they have layed this carpet and not notice the water? I called Home Depot right away. They contacted Romanoff Renovations and let them know. The Supervisor called me, and we both agreed there was no way they layed that carpet without knowing it was soaked. They were going to make me a "top priority" to replace the carpet. Meanwhile, Home Depot manager brought me 2 industrial fans to dry the carpet. He also said he would order the carpet and expedite it as fast as possible, "top priority". So much for the "top priority", it took a month to get an installation date. My son had to miss another day of work to move the furniture items that the Home Depot is not responsible for. It got worse...the day arrived and one guy showed up at 8 AM. He immediately started tearing up the carpet. I said "Where is your help?" He said "they coming". After doing as much as he could by himself with moving the furniture they are responsible for, my son had to help him move the rest of the furniture. The beds, dressers and couches. I was getting really upset. Four hours had gone by, and no one else showed up. I called Romanoff, and they said the worker that was here was capable of doing this job on his own. I said I cannot communicate with him, he does not speak English. She said download an app that will change English to Spanish. I told her he could not move all the furniture by himself. She said we were responsible for moving the furniture. I asked her why only one man showed up when there were three last time? She was very rude and said "what do you want me to do? Reschedule? I said absolutely not. I will not move all of this in and out for a 3rd time. I expected a crew to be here, like the last time. End of call. It took 10 hours for their worker to complete the job by himself. When 6 PM came around, we told him we would clean up and vaccuum. I am 75 years old and I really needed to sit in my recliner and put my feet up. I had contacted corporate and said I would like my money back, for all the inconvenience, living out of boxes for a month, my son missing an extra day of work for something that was absolutely not my fault. They told me that the manager at the Home Depot was the only one that could authorize my money back. I contacted him and said I would like my money back. He said I will get back to you. He never did. What kind of company does this?

DO NOT Purchase an appliance from this store!!! I purchased a Samsung BeSpoke refrigerator for 3k from the store, first attempt of delivery showed up damaged, 2nd attempt they called me on delivery day telling me the 2nd one also showed up damaged. I called to see what we could do to prevent this from happening a third time and a manager suggested we cancel our order and they will call us back and re order it over the phone and the vender will deliver it directly to our home. they called us back and told us we had to come in or do the order online, not what was agreed, at this point we told them dont bother and moved on, two month and never got a refrigerator without a huge dent on it...

The best hone Droit experience for me so far!I called in advance to see if the AC unit I wanted was in stock. My central air went out and in the middle of A heat wave there's a two week wait for repair. I decided to get a small window unit just so I could have one cool room while I wait. (Cheaper than a hotel room for two weeks!). I got someone in the correct department on the first try with only a very short wait. When I got there there was a stack of new units only a short distance from the door. Thank goodness since I'm still waiting for spine surgery and every step hurts. There was someone right there to help me get the box on the cart. Very short wait at check out. Someone to take it out to the car for me.I am so grateful to have an extra little bit of help while I'm waiting to hopefully get my back fixed. Really Made my day.I had to drive further because other stores were out of stock but it was worth it since I saved well more than the price of gas for not having to pay sales tax. It was almost a surrealistic experience to have the total at the register match the price of the item!

They refused to accept American cash. Stating "our computers are broken so we can't take cash but we can take cards."The fact that this company decided to lie straight to their customers faces and didn't think it important to mention this fact as people come in. It is illegal to refuse cash for a service. This isn't an online store. This is a walk in store front. They will be reported to their corporate office

This good review is only for Katie. My dad and brother were just at home depot; my brother saw an ad that had a price for a paint sprayer with and online/in store purchase price, so they went to the store to purchase it. When they got to the cashier, they said the price was $24 higher, my brother explained he saw the price online for less....they argued with him, the manager never even bothered to come down to address this issue, but then, by brother found Katie and she spent 15 minutes addressing and fixing the issue. Thank you Katie. You should be manager.

Needed some carpet for a customer from out of town They were able to help me select the needed goods and collect payment from the customer by phone also two great ladies pulled a new roll from the back and made the cuts I needed and Got me on my way ASAP Thanks ladies
