Nice place with great customer service and hair cutting knowledge! I was in the area and stopped in and set up an appointment for a later time. They were able to get me in and my cut was great!

So I went in to get a TRIM which stated that it was $10. Misty was the lady working on Dec 26th. She TRIMMED my hair. Not using scissors but clippers. She was rude when I was not happy about the TRIM and ask her to finish it correctly. She apparently doesn't use scissors much because she screwed up my hair. Go figure it's another person who claims to be a hair stylists. She charged me $20 for a $10 TRIM . Don't waste your money on these so called stylists at Great clips in Ontario Oregon.

!!!!!They don’t deal with disabled children appropriately!!!!!Don’t go!!!!! The woman who owns the store kicked me out because I wanted to stand next to my 8 year old autistic son while he got his haircut. She proceeded to tell me it was “dangerous” for me to stand by her associate with scissors. I told her I can stand back so I’m not in her way. She said absolutely not go sit down .The owner started talking bad about me to the older lady sitting in the chair getting her hair cut. I could tell the older lady was completely embarrassed. I sat at the register and waited for the haircut, the weird thing was, I hadn’t even told them how I wanted his haircut. I guess they asked him an eight year-old autistic child. I was completely flabbergasted and just sat there not knowing what to do. the lady cutting my sons hair was so nice and trying to be pleasant after being put in this horrible position by her boss. I don’t know how she works with that woman. I’ve never had such a crazy experience anywhere especially a haircutting place. Maybe I’m just used to going to get his hair done at children’s barbers, but I know I’ve stood next to my other kids while getting their haircut. I really wasn’t trying to be disrespectful towards the Stylest. In fact, she had no issues with it. I have no clue why the woman was involved in our transaction anyway, I would not recommend this place, if I could give it zero stars I would. I did turn them in to the ADA I’m not sure what will come of that but they did take down my side of the story. I did notice they have tapes so I’m hoping that the ADA will go in and get them, I don’t know if she broke any laws, but it was traumatic for my son to have to deal with that woman. I’m glad he doesn’t truly understand what being kicked out means or it would’ve been much more traumatic on him. He did have to deal with her yelling flinging her scissors around and her causing a seen.

Ontario Great Clips doesnt even deserve one star. My granddaughter went in 35 minutes before they closed to see if they had an opening and the rude gal at the desk told her they were closing soon and to "get out!". What the heck?

Just a Great Clips but have received the two worst haircuts there of my memory. One stylist misread my file and used the shortest clipper guard and not the longest as I had asked, another time the hair trimmer caught my ear twice and bled on my shirt. I don't expect much from a place like this, but would avoid.

I think this place is now a joke. My 13 year old can't go in and ask how long the wait was for a haircut on 09/02/23. They told her they would NOT give her any information or help her without her parent. I had a little kid in the car. Seriously couldn't answer a question!!! WONT EVER GO THERE

Went in, the front desk lady couldn't really care less about her job. On her phone, whispering to her coworkers at the front. Not a great vibe to begin with. Waiting to get a haircut, listened to the manager Misty complain about and make fun of people who see TikToks or youtube videos about doing their hair at home. Then comes the time for my hair cut and amazingly enough, I get Misty. I am a people pleaser, so I go along with the haircut even though I have a horrible feeling about it. I show her a picture of a basic idea of what I want. I told her I wanted to keep it as long as I could but that general shape. She starts parting my hair, getting ready to cut and I kindly reiterated that I wanted to keep the cut as long as I could. She defensively said "yeah, you already said that." I told her I've had bad experiences with haircuts and then she went on to tell me I shouldn't show HAIRSTYLISTS pictures of cuts then. I also asked if she'd use the men's shaver to get rid of my super baby fine hairs at the base of my neck. Which she said she would. She cuts my hair, gets to the end and starts taking off the paper they put around your neck. I asked her again if she'd use the men's cutting tool to do my neck. She says "well I already cut the back of your hair.". At this point, I am fed up with her unprofessional, main character attitude and just tell her to forget it. She's been interrupting all of the stylists conversations with their customers to talk about what her plans are on her days off, left my haircut to go talk to the front desk girl because she apparently didn't answer the phone correctly. I finally go to pay and I did not leave a tip. She didn't say a single word to me after she saw that. No "thank you", no "have a good day". Just ignored. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.UPDATE (07-31-2023): After a few weeks of calling customer service and waiting for the owner of the store to call me and resolve the issue, Great Clips Corporate finally mailed me a gift card. It says the gift card is for service or product, needless to say, I'll just be buying product. I am thankful that the issue was eventually resolved, but with no thanks to the franchisee. With the owner ignoring me, it seems that the owner must condone the managers behavior.

The women are curtious and happy to talk to upon entrance, professional and engaging in conversations, their hairdresser skills are excellent and I'm always pleased at my appearance when they're finished. ?

Say they are open on Monday and call to see how busy they are and got message machine that said they were open on Monday 10am to 3pm. Drove from Parma Idaho to find them closed. Was so mad that I drove after calling. Will never use this Great Clips. I am glad a haircut place down the way go us in.
