On 01/12/2024 my elderly disabled mother pulled into this station and called for help with service because she’s disabled. Not only did they answer and hang up on her multiple times (over 10) but they pointed and laughed at her through the window while doing it. I hope whom ever is the manager and or who did this sees this review because you are the lowest of low and I hope one day you treat someone like that who beats the absolute bejesus out of you. Get better employees chevron or you will be facing a lawsuit from a disabled person whom falls after requesting help from your employees that then apparently find it appropriate to point and laugh while answering and hanging up on them. ???? good job…..

Regarding the car wash, I paid $12 for Luxury. 2 minutes and it was done. It did NOT get ANY of the dirt, bird p**** or bug guts off the car at all. I couldn't believe it! It's like all it did was rinse it. What a waste of money. I remember when I'd pay $5 and it would take a good 10 minutes of washing. Then I tried to use the vacuum and the hose has a crack in it, so it doesn't suck at all.

Showed up at 630 pm with plenty of daylight left as I know they don't fill propane after dark. Was told they couldn't fill it anyways. Will now do my business elsewhere.

Best gas station in all of Ontario the staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make sure that the customers are happy when they leave 5 out of 5 stars

The apparatus that pumps the fuel into the vehicle is astonishing - so is the nozzle. Whoa!!! Thank You Joe Biden $100.They have a car wash and propane here!!!

My 77yr old mom,called to ask if they'd help pump her gas because of her age and medical issues she can't. They stayed they would, but after 45 minutes sitting outside no one came to help her, she drove up to window to ask for help and was told by the man working he was to busy and she needed to go wait at pumps. Finally after another 15 minutes ( total one hour) of waiting someone came to help her.I think this is a horrible thing to do to people who need help with pumping gas, due to age or disabilities.

I usually just use the drive thru to get an xl coke. Most often Jacob helps me. He is fast and friendly. Nice kid. And they have a punch card, buy 8 get one free. I have gotten the owner. He seemed pretty grouchy, to be honest. Like it was an imposition to help me. But overall, it's fast, a decent deal and usually friendly. I keep going.

Dan the owner is a real piece of work. He clearly has a problem with every employee when you see his interactions with them. Totally not professional. Treats other businesses' with poor accord. I stay away from anything Dan is near.

The attendant pumped gas AND washed our windows. Very cheery and COVID compliant attire. We are traveling and took a chance on using the restrooms. They were immaculate and we got in and out, using paper towel without touching anything. Good gas, good service, nice facilities!
