There are quite a few things I don't like about this bank. But in this particular case, this bank branch is the best I have ever seen. Great staff, very professional staff, friendly staff. it's all about them. I can recommend this bank branch.

Barbara Jamison was an incredible help for me in my time of need of notary services with a short amount of advance notice. She jumped to my aid and was eager and happy to help me in extremely short order. I could not recommend this branch any more highly.

Came in at 11:30 only 2 bank tellers and no one to assist me to open a new account. Told me she was on a lunch break for 40 mins. Told me to come back I come back at 4pm and is told it is too late to open account and I was unaware of this. I told her I needed to open an college account then told her my age and she said I'd have to open an high school account. I told her on their website college accounts are 17-24 and she like oh well I guess you can have an college account. These employees are a joke. Will not be coming back to this branch.

The manager Barbara Jameson is extremely professional and customer service oriented. I had an issue and she took care of it.

This location and it's employees are great, the chase company its self is the definition of greed and Monopoly. Chase is the worst decision you can possibly make if you're under the age of 30. Please, heed my warning.

They don't allow account holders to use the restroom. Not even people who bank here regularly. What amazing customer service!! With all the money y'all make you would think you would offer an outhouse at the very least.

These people treat me like a queen. So friendly and helpful. I have been with chase for years. Redding and crescent city ca. And now ontario. I got my mortgage through chase.
