Bought a new riding mower 6-18-2024 1st use idle was to high disconnected throttle linkage that was 7-3-2024 . The 2nd time idler went to low by itself took it back on 7-12-2024 brought it back. Then on 8-22-24 started it made a horrible noise shut it off back to Caps again told the manager wanted a new mower he said no asked why said he wouldn't be able to sell as new. Mandrels were broke manager claims we hit something with the blades which we didn't if anything it was there loading and unloading with a hyster and not checking where the forks were. We bought a new mower elsewhere it is summer. Manager never called or anything until 10-7-2024 said it is ready. Since we asked for a new mower and not a refund we are out $3000.00 thanks to the manager. If you decide to go there make them use ramps and ask for refund not new mower.

Brought 3 machines in. The lawn mower they tuned up for $175 brought it home backfiring stopped working. The chainsaw sat for 3 months said parts were on vack order, called them 3 times. The weed eater sthil model estimate was just under the cost of a new one. So I declined and bought a new one from d&b. I was charged two deposits of $50 dollars for the chainsaw, amd mower. D&B shop in emmett has always been reliable, just backed up 7 weeks. So I made a mistake in trusting this horribly ran store. Don't go! 0 star review!

Don’t ever have these guys fix anything. They’ve had my lawnmower there for over a month and keep saying it will be ready next week just for a tune up. I’m sure it’s gonna cost over $400 too.

I ordered some parts for my mower and they forgot to put the order in but I eventually got them. They are friendly and try to provide services but appear to be a little short staffed. Other than that they are probably the best place in the area to get parts & service for your mowers & small equipment. The people at Home Depot recommend them.

Challenger 550 bought here brand new, brought it up from Arizona to have an issue checked out and fixed. It set in the back of the business buried behind the newer machines they sell now. Set for 2 weeks. Do not buy from these folks. They do not stand behind what they sell. Polaris is calling us back.

I bought some oil from online and went to pick up in store. Oil was old Carquest brand and over 6 years old. Dude at counter was total jerk and obviously didn't know how to do his job. Told me he couldn't return the oil since I paid for it online. Then told me I would have to buy a additional 3 quarts if I wanted to swap out for new oil (Fram) which they should have done years ago. Dude was shaking and on the verge of tears and said he had to call his boss. I bought a few things in the past and always over priced and you could tell it's old been on the shelf for probably 10 years collecting dust and dirt. They're too cheap to honor Advance but will sell their products. Would not recommend this place for anything.
