Nice selection of furniture but the prices can be a bit steep. They do have clearance and some sales occasionally though!

Had a wonderful experience this morning at Ontario's Ashley's Furniture. We were greeted by Jeanette as soon as we walked in. Jeanette was kind and extremely helpful. She was very professional amd courteous. She listened to us and was patient as we were making decisions. We left with what we were looking for ? The store is so beautifully arranged and full of so much inventory. Thankful to have this store in our little town❤️

In today's world it's difficult to find good customer service. HOWEVER, we purchased several items from Nancy and one of them had an issue. When I spoke with Nancy she was very understanding and worked extremely well with us. I found it extremely refreshing to get the results we got. It's easy to sell items to people and make them happy when everything goes well. It's another to work through a problem and make your customer happy. Thank you Nancy!!!

At first my experience was great but then a piece of my furniture got lost had to be reordered, we had half a couch for a month. Took way longer than quoted. My sales person no longer works there so nobody seemed to care about my furniture. Shipping is out of there control to some degree but we were told we would get a discount for all the inconveniences and what a joke, furniture is just not made the way they used to be yet the prices are ridiculous. I wouldn’t buy anything from here again until they figure out how to care about there customers who are waiting & paying TOP dollar for furniture. Look elsewhere.
