Called to inquire about renting a unit and the man seemed nice at first but then became frustrated with my situation told me he couldn't help me to go look somewhere else. So much for friendly neighbors wanting help a woman out.

Although I have not moved my property into the space yet, the staff was very cordial and professional in putting me on the waiting list for covered parking, handling the rental transaction smoothly and just being nice to work with. The facility looks clean and well maintained. Thanks!
