Kind, caring and helpful. If they do not have it they will get it or attempt to locate it. Was looking for a dehumidifier but no stores were holding but Oakridge Pharmacy called around and checked places for us. Now that is above and beyond. Ending up having to get one from online.

They are just the best! Had so much trouble with OTHER pharmacies (fred myer on q could not fill my nitro (for my heart) for 2 weeks! I mean who run out of that! And another for over a month) most I have ever had to wait is 24 hrs..and I take over 20 meds! And they delivered it to me when I was put on bed rest! Of all the pharmacies I've tried across the valley...they are the gem! So sweet and kind and take the time to explain each and every med and keep be informed on anything I need schooling on!

While visiting from out of town, I sustained and eye injury and needed to fill a prescription but the Oakridge Pharmacy didn't have the prescribed medication in stock. Rather than having to drive to Eugene with impaired vision and find a pharmacy that had the right medication, the Oakridge Pharmacy called the prescribing doctor and was able to switch to something that would work just as well and was in stock in Oakridge. The team went above and beyond which I so appreciate! They were very kind, compassionate and focused on helping me get what I needed to heal. What a great asset to a town that doesn't have a lot of options for health care! Thanks Oakridge Pharmacy Team!

This pharmacy is amazing. Just moved here from the Bend area and this small pharmacy has better customer service than Rite Aid and Walgreens. Always prompt refills. Great group of staff. So glad they are here in Oakridge Oregon.

I spoke with several people, at the pharmacy, over the phone yesterday. We are from out of town, and needed some antibiotics right away. The employees at Oakridge Pharmacy filled the Rx, which had been sent to them from another town, right away. Then, they delivered it to the RV park where we are staying. Incredible people. Thank you so much!

Can easily say one of the worse pharmacies you can go inEdit: Owner handled things professionally and showed a good business face for his store, still will likely not be going in the future from first impression of the help received, but it's nice to see good work on management side. What a great local pharmacy. Not many local pharmacies are taking on giving vaccine for Covid. With the inadequate information and some county’s are fairly dysfunctional, This pharmacy has been efficient and professional in all aspects of delivering the Vaccine. My wife and are grateful and wish the staff the very best and be safe, take care.

Just been notified my prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy. This pharmacy has a lack of understanding when it comes to a person receiving their medications They knew the prescriptions could not be filled due to my insurance carrier and sat on the prescriptions.
