Would have left a better review but no pool was a big let down.Owner is pretty cool but google shows a working pool. It has been out of service for years.

I stayed twice in one weekend, once of the way to a comaping trip and once on the way back. Good value, I felt safe leaving my car full of camping gear in the parking lot. CHECK PRICELINE! or other booking website rather than just walking up to the window/desk. I had a good experience the first time I stayed so I figured I would walk up and save them whatever commission they have to pay priceline and was disappointed they charged me $10 more than if I had booked the room on my phone in the parking lot. Other than that lesson learned, would stay again.

Friendly staff, reasonably clean, comfortable bed and pillows. A great budget stay that’s just what I would expect and praise for the price.

The customer service was extremely excellent. Guy was very generous and gave us a discount for the night so we could get some sleep from all the driving we had to do. I’m extremely grateful the guy was so understanding about us needing a room at last minute with a 4 month old baby. Would highly recommend going to this hotel. Hotel room was very clean and has a very comfortable bed.

The sheets and towels were clean, it was nice for a motel and for the low price. Of course it’s not luxurious and the chairs had a lot of old stains, but I don’t think that’s too dramatic. My only concern is that we couldn’t lock the door from the inside, but at least it was quiet and the receptionist was nice. I would recommend it if you just need a place to spend the night.

Absolutely horrible! They have druggies living there. One night one person living there overdosed and the paramedics were there. Management was rude and not helpful at all!!! Don’t stay here ! Dangerous place to stay !!

It happened that I needed a room for two nights and the World Championship was happening in Eugene. Reluctantly, I drove to Rice Hill.The location is easily accessed right off from i-5 and there is plenty of parking. The room was tidy, clean, and well stocked with the usual motel room items (towels, shampoo, soap, hair dryer, microwave, mini fridge, etc). There was AC, the bed was comfortable, and the TV had many channels. I didn't even have to drive to get meals or shop at the mini-mart.
