Monte is so knowledgeable! He diagnosed our diesel by listening to it rev, when another mechanic had the truck for weeks and couldn't figure out the problem. Always friendly too!

I am absolutely speechless on how professional this shop is I would give more starts if I could.. not only are they quick they keep you in the loop !! Highly recommend will be going here from now on

Bought a used civic for a grand, took it in for inspection at a Roseburg shop, and they talked me out of 400 dollars for fluids and new part. Blew a head gasket 15 miles later in Oakland. The boss ,(monty cox)assured that he would fix the problem for less than 500. 732bucks later and I drove away, not thrilled. And on my way home, car lasted 10 miles and blew the engine. No oil. Owner said that it was my fault cuz I didn't check the oil. He still has my blue little civic and late dad's pool cue and if I see him ,( the owner)I will be escorted to jail and then to prison, should have sued him, but it was a civic, and not a Porsche. He knew that as well. A real "class act" u got there Oakland.

Okay I Oakland auto worked on my car and did a excellent job I am absolutely happy with their work and willingness to help me out . I would definitely recommend this place of business to any of my friends or family .
