This shoddy location is reminiscent of a fast food chain. It is deathly quite EXCEPT The elderly banker loudly gossips about customers in front of other customers, which is always nice. The teenaged advisors from pleasant hill care about nothing but their own commission and are so amateur you can see right through the act. The jig is up.

Haven't been inside of a WF branch since Covid, but was trying to get a temporary debit card due to a suspicious charge at a local store. After closing the card I was told it would be 7-10 business days to get the replacement and had to have an appointment to go into a branch and have them issue one. Made an appointment at this branch and was told I would get a reminder call the morning of the appt. Although I did not get a call I went to the branch anyway . Was greeted by a friendly man and told him I had an appt but had forgot my wallet at home and could get it quickly as I live close by. He asked me to have a seat and I waited a few minutes when a woman came up to ask what I needed. I told her and explained my lack of a Drivers License and that I had to have it to take care of my business and I could be back in few minutes . When I returned the woman greeted me again and took me to her desk area where there was a chair 6 ft away, keeping me Covid safe! Her name was Rini and she was very helpful and tried her best to solve my issue which ended up not working out due to an expired DL. I was trying to pay online for my renewal of my DL when I discovered the charge that left me with less than $20 in my account. Hence the replacement card. I was expecting my SS to be deposited in a day or two and Rini said to email her when it arrived and she would help me get cash out until my card arrived. I emailed her yesterday asking if I could use an access code at the ATM to withdraw cash and she said yes. It wasn't the best resolution but it was the only one at the time and I was very grateful. I was able to get some shopping done before the bad storm last night and received an email that my card was on its way! Thank you Rini for you help and quick response to my email. It's bankers like you that ease the stress of those bumps in the road of life that keep your customers happy! Good job! I will reach out to Rini in the future for help when needed.

I hear there is a coin shortage but wells fargo has a cash shortage as well the tellers at this particular location have resorted to sliding fake 100 dollar bills to unsuspecting customers. Don't bother complaining the manager thinks its funny and the service manger who will insult you and glorify all her perfect honest employees doesn't give a dam. So be careful. Asked for a district manager was given a fake number. This banking center needs to be investigated. The employees are thieves, i shouldn't say all at least the one I dealt with. And as far as the 2 adolescents they employ as management really pathetic shouldn't even run a fast food restaurant. To bad there is not a 0 star not a branch I will step foot into again but in reality in the process of moving my accounts they definitely lost a customer.

Ugh I'm so frustrated. I go to this bank all the time and this is the first time I have had a problem. I went here for a business to get change. I got alot of change. Lots of ones, fives, tens and I also asked for a roll of pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters. Maria gave me 2 rolls of pennies instead of a roll of quarters. I didn't realize it until the next day. When I went back to the bank they would not give me the roll of quarters. DO NOT TRUST THE TELLERS TO GIVE YOU THE RIGHT AMOUNT BACK. Now when I go there I have to make sure everything is absolutely correct and not just trust that they did their job correctly. Also the service manager was no help. I'm not asking for a lot of money I'm asking for the roll of quarters! Her drawer was over, but not over the exact amount so that equals I can't have the roll of quarters I was supposed to have in the beginning? Wow.

Active account holder--small amount for easy ATM access. In 2012, visited with a very unprofessional mortgage broker; took cell phone calls during appointment--non emergency--and talked more about coaching football and DLS sports.

This bank has mistakenly debited our account TWICE for $10,000!! My husband spent an hour on the phone yesterday trying to resolve this. A full business day later, several conversations and no money returned. I plan on coming in and causing the biggest fuss they will have ever seen if this isnt corrected by tomorrow! Absolute filthy unlawful practices. Account will be shut down and possibly legal action too

This has to be the best wf branch I have ever been to ...the staff are so friendly and on one occasion one of the staff members made me a cup of coffee on a cold rainy day ..

Went in and was immediately nicely greated and helped. I was opening up my first account and was helped and explained everything in detail. Ask for Ashley! She is so sweet and helpful. I made the appointment online and she immediately called me to confirm and then called me the day before to remind me of our appointment she was so nice and just great overall. Taught me everything I needed to know even checked in on me later to see if I needed any help or had any questions. Amazing people and amazing company! Will definitely return again!

PWell when i go to this location i know who not to ask for i also know this person has no sense of humor i also know that this person Did Not call me the day before the appointment to remind me i also know this person was told by an employee that your appointment has arrived i also know that this person Did Not come over and get me i also know that this person Was expecting me. I also know that this person said they would call me to use my driving services and didn't do so i also know i will never use this person ever again i also know this person has seen me in the bank before in regards to the day of the appointment??? Hello........... I Also know that Ashley is the best employee here and is the most helpful here and i also happen to know the not helpful employees name and the winner is...... Fien....

pathetic. I was told as a depositor I get free notary service. then when I go to get something notarized i get told it could take a day as the WF legal department has to review my 2 page document !!!!!!!!!! I will have to go the the UPS store and pay $10 WF is a bunch of ((well you know what))))
