Their employees are taught NEVER to turn you away to a corporate store because the company believes in taking ownership to find you a solution and earning customers for life. If this doesn't match your experience, reach out to their support from the cellular plus website and you will be taken care of.”
“I returned to CPR about a week later and had a great experience. I had a broken cover over one of the lenses on my iPhone. I had tried to fix it myself, but with very poor results. CPR cell phone repair did a great job fixing my camera glass and photos are better and clearer and they’ve been in years.——————— Original 1 star Review ——————No call, no show?I’ve been sitting outside of this business for 15 minutes, waiting for them to open. It is now 10 minutes after their scheduled opening and the business is dark with all of their gates shut and barred. Since 10am, I have seen FedEx and a couple of other people walk up to the door try to get in and turn away. I’m hoping this is the result of an irresponsible employee as opposed to a standard business practice. Hopefully, you guys follow up with me so I can come and get my phone fixed otherwise, 1 star for you. It is Oct 16th. The time is 10:12am.”
“Highly recommend checking AirLink out, even if you gotta drive across town. You absolutely won't find a cell phone shop owner more dedicated to your best outcome. Min always goes above and beyond with selling new or old phones, repairing your existing phone, providing appropriate accessories, or even pads and many other devices/items, and he's going to always give you the straight skinny on what is best for you. BEFORE you make a decision elsewhere, at least go talk to him!”

“After a harrowingly bad experience at Best Buy, I came to this shop to ask about replacing a shattered Microsoft surface screen. Even though they specialize in Apple products, they were able to give me not only a reasonable quote, but also a timely and fabulous repair. They said they wouldn’t charge me if they couldn’t fix it, and their work went way above my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I need a repair from a knowledgeable and fair technician.”
“I took my MOTO smart phone to the VERIZON store where I bought it because it stopped ringing. The greeter at the door (after 20 minutes) tells me that it's so old that the speaker has probably failed they only sell them and no longer repair them. A new MOTO to replace my phone is $300.00 . on my way out of the store he said "you might try the fixoids across the street". Went in and a very nice guy met me before the shop door closed and had my phone inhand by the time I stopped at the counter. In less than five minutes he had that thing blasting out ringtones I didn't know were in there. THANKS and happy new year.”
“Spent yesterday making the decision to combine our two accounts to either to AT&T or TMobile and without a doubt the customer service we got at AT&T was the deciding factor - IMO all the carriers are the same, but separated by how you get treated in the store itself. Personal note about Isaiah and whoever is in charge at this location…take care of this employee as he took care of us - 1000% 5-Stars ?”
“Nicholas, Sales Rep at the Tigard, OR location was wonderful walking me through the process of buying new phones and tablet. He is very knowledgeable, qnd professional as well as being funny and creative and found a work around solution for my connection issues. He skipped his lunch to help me even though the hours ticked away. I was very happy and thankful that he stayed to make sure I had active phones.”
“I had a broke phone situation and David hooked me up with best offer I couldn't deny, even though he didn't need too. I first went to the happy valley location they had a stank attitude. Even tho the 82nd and powell is sketchy area. I will be going to this location over happy valley anytime.”

“I need Elizabeth and I came in this afternoon and Alejandro has been very helpful for me I have to say that I am a senior and therefore some things in technology I find puzzling and I was unable to sync my newer phone that I got right here at Verizon with an older tablet that I got at Costco and Alejandro was a genius he fixed the two he thinks the two phones not only that but he also we talked about quoted me how much it would cost me if I'm going to get the the mobile data if I'm going to get the mobile data because I right now my tablet is not a synced with my phone to get the mobile data so I need that for secure service when I'm traveling but Alejandra was very patient and I really appreciate that because it's harder for someone who is born when I was to always get all this straight so thank you you're wonderful you get all the stars I could give you”

We initially worked with Manny, who clearly understands getting best value for things you want, and he did well with checking in during the whole process. JJ continued the great service Manny began and shared personal insights we found refreshing, while he assured us of the value/benefits/security we wanted in our phone purchase. Ivan stepped in for a delightful visit, while the transfer process continued until their store-closing. Like I said, this T-Mobile team was ALL THAT. “Wow, common theme here...we came in to upgrade two phones for our teenagers and were expecting to purchase iPhone 14's. Alejandro reviewed our account and the active promotions and found us savings ($10 credit for direct debit payments) and a better deal purchasing iPhone 15's. Kids are happy campers to say the least.”

Staff it’s absolutely amazing super friendly super attentive and well educated on the products they are selling! Liliana was such an amazing help and she got me hooked up with the best phone that fit me and let me tell you I am absolutely in love with my phone! “I’ve gone in to this T-Mobile store twice in the last month, and both times had phenomenal customer service. I originally stopped in to see how much a new phone would cost and was assisted by James and Isaac J. They ended up helping me figure out something on my bill that had been an ongoing issue for 14 months, that I had asked about at 3 other stores but hadn’t gotten a resolution. They spent over an hour on the phone with customer care with me to make sure I was taken care of. When we were ready to purchase, we bypassed the store near our house to return to Oak Grove since they had been so helpful. We were assisted by Isaac W and the district manager Chris, and we recieved some of the most amazing customer service I’ve ever had. They spent time making sure we were getting the absolute best deal. I will probably never go to a different at T-Mobile store and will drive out of my way to come here. The staff will give you one on one attention and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I would give 10 stars if I could, thank you all so much!!!”
