Very clean and well managed park. It's in a great location with easy access to most of SE Portland and all the bridges. Peaceful and caring community.

Decent little spot, not to shabby. Fits a 39' Winnebago with 2 pop outs. New nicely paved drive & streets. Seemingly friendly tenants
