The highly unintelligent girl who uses the job as day care for her child attempted to tell me that the power input on the power bank purchase was the same as the power output. She then proceeded to rudely explain to me that because the power bank was down to half of it's available power supply that this was why it would not charge my phone. Unfortunately, no matter how bad you want to be right you can't make that make sense. All this knowing I was stranded with no power on my phone to get out of Gladstone. Not only is this the prime example of horrible customer service or absence of basic human morals there is a serious lack of education and professionalism happening in this building. It would not surprise me that this will lead to inevitable store closure and requires a serious look from upper management.P.S. as best as I can tell this is the same employee that was referenced five days ago in a different review regarding horrible customer service. It would be unwise for management to continue to allow this behavior

So I went in to get a free phone and pay the normal 60 dollar plan when I was informed that of I switched over it would still cost me 200 dollars out the door. $ 20 activation fee $ 10 dollar sim card. And taxes which they didn't state how much that would be. Plus the monthly plan which they stated that you can not leave the store without paying the highest plan which is 70 dollars. This isn't told to you on the commercial or any where in their store. So their is officially no where you can go get a phone for a low price and no contract in oregon. Thats not it. They also don't allow you to buy a phone and have it unlocked. No matter if you paid in full they still keep it locked for 6 months. Completely ridiculous. So im done with metropcs and thats that. You don't even have decent phones. If you drop them one time the screen cracks. I have a phone from airtalk wireless galaxy s9 threw itnfrom a 3rd story hotel window and the screen it Completely unharmed. Metro phones wouldn't last that test. So please people I'm here to state go somewhere else. They aren't worth it and they don't have any good service. Sorry metro

Latino female salesperson very rude and not welling to do customer service help. Attitude is only here for SALES!Being in retail for over 20 years. I would never treat my customers that way.

The two employees that work at this store I must say are very knowledgeable, helpful, and go out of there way to take care of any questions you might have as well as phone problems. To bad your other store on 82nd avenue in the winco parkinglot doesn't have the service or knowledgeable people to take care of your problems. Thank you Milwaukee store employees for all your help??

They have high overhead of staff but the staff now is very cool you can get in and out in like 15 minutes in the phone very cheap free 5G phones I recommend it mental change for better like I said the phones are free pay the bill free phone back to you peace I'm out

Best place to buy no contract phone service. Been here for over 6 years and don't plan to leave soon. Always happy to figure out your phone problems or just replace and get a new one.

I have done alot of reviews. And I must say, this is the best business I ever dealt with. I have a awesome free expensive phone, fast, 5g, unlimited everything for the low price of $50.00 a month, great coverage, great picture, and sound. I did a zoom audition and did not need a headset. Great color. Fast, totally awesome. And they have a program if you get ebt, or govt assistance, your bill can get reduce to $20.00 a month, a win win situation all around. The staff is fast, very knowledgeable,very nice. They will find a way to meet your needs, a 10 star staff!!! Go in and see what they have, you will be pleased. My plan is month to month, no binding contract. Great place, all around!! Forgot to mention, charger is ⏩ fast!!
