The lady who was working had attitude and throwing stuff around, as well as rude, the lettuce and tomatoes were old and gross looking it's supposed to be fresh not days old didn't like how I was treated or the attitude given about her doing her job... Won't be going back again subway isn't cheap and not happy with the experience nor the food I paid for... I only gave one star cuz u have to give a star

Rosie don't know how to do her job instead she makes it difficult she trys one thing and is like nope you tried your card once we're not going to to do it again so if you guys mess up your Pau guess what Rosie says okay since it didn't go through that's all you get she doesn't even try to help

There's some serious issues going on with this store. They are constantly out of coffee/creamer/cooler stock/fountain soda/food items/my beer (which I've asked them for the last 6 months to try to keep stocked and are out every time I go in) either that or they don't bother to order a product once it runs out. ALL of the credit card readers on the pumps are broken, there's never water/napkins to wash your windows. I've gone in several times and there are 3+ cashier's standing talking to each other while the poor subway girl (always only 1) has 8 people in line with the other three workers standing there watching her struggle. It's ridiculous. This store definitely needs some work.

Just seems like everytime i come in here the cappuccino machine isnt working or the coffee isnt made. And they never offer you a bag. If you see me struggling to get everything picked up and out of the store....i shouldnt have to ask for a bag. Cashiers and employees are always engaged in deep conversation with each other and affects their work. The employees used to be energetic and welcoming and now i think ill find another store to frequent every morning

Terrible customer service . First time I went I had to wait for the cashier to finish chatting with her friends before she rang me up. Went in this morning and the male cashier had to finish texting before he rang me up. Then stopped in the middle of my transaction to check his phone again.

They are not following the mask mandate. THIER employee KYLIE was not wearing a masks. This is a huge threat to the community
