I highly recommend this place for any body and paint work if your car needs repairs. You can rest easy knowing they’ll take great care of your vehicle.
I don’t usually write reviews, but after getting my car back from Springer, I felt compelled to share my experience. My car was hit by a deer during a vacation to Lost Lake in late July 2024. Even though I was driving carefully, the accident broke the bracket of my right headlight, damaged the housing, and bent the right fender. I was at a loss since I didn’t know of any reputable body and paint shops in town. Luckily, a friend and colleague of mine recommended Springer Body and Paint, as his friends had been pleased with their work.
I decided to take my Tesla MYP to Springer, where I was warmly welcomed by Aimee, the owner, and Noel, the collision estimator. Noel played a huge role in the process, walking me through every detail of the damage assessment. She and Aimee explained the breakdown of the estimate clearly, helping me understand which parts and repairs were necessary. They were patient and answered all my questions, ensuring that I felt confident about the next steps. Their thoroughness and professionalism made the whole experience far less stressful.
Both Noel and Aimee worked together to make sure I got a detailed and accurate estimate quickly. Since Springer is not yet Tesla-certified, Noel also explained that I would need to order certain parts from Tesla myself, but she still made the process as smooth as possible. Despite this, Springer has extensive experience dealing with insurance, and within two days, They helped secure approval for the repairs.
Once all the necessary parts arrived—including a new headlight and some smaller components—they provided me with an accurate timeline for the job. They did an outstanding job on my car. If you didn’t know about the accident, you wouldn’t be able to tell anything had happened, even down to the smallest details. The body technician, Jon, expertly straightened the fender, prepped the surface for painting, and aligned everything perfectly (a common issue with new Teslas, especially the hood). Juan, the painter, matched the new paint with the original so seamlessly that even a perfectionist like me was satisfied. The detailing specialist, Keone, washed and cleaned the car thoroughly, making it look brand new.
I couldn’t find anything to complain about—their craftsmanship and attention to detail were remarkable. Springer also went above and beyond by helping me coordinate with the PPF (paint protection film) shop to ensure the front of my car was restored to its pre-accident condition. If I could, I’d give them six stars. Below are some before and after photos of the repairs (note: the left fender still had the PPF on it, which is why the color appears slightly different, but it all matches once the PPF is reapplied).

There is no one I could possibly recommend more than this shop! From the very beginning to the very end, they took incredible care of me. They were transparent and communicated everything to me. Not only were they incredibly professional, but they were also kind, relatable and funny. I absolutely adore Amy, she is a true gem. She made this process as easy and painless as possible.
Not only that, but their work is INCREDIBLE! My car looks perfect in everything they did. I will for sure only tell people to come here, they are the best!

I had a 2020 X1 that needed a bumper and paint work from key marks. Aimee did an excellent job quoting the repairs. She didn't charge for additional calibration which is what Beaverton Auto Body was quoting me for. Aimee also offered to wash my X1 while I waited at no charge. I ended up selling the X1 to Carmax thanks to the nice wash and detail so I didn't need to do the work to the SUV. I can't say enough about Springer Body. I'll definitely go back!

I took my twenty year-old Porsche 911 to Springer to for body and paint work after a tree limb fell on the hood and fender. The quality of their work is astonishing! I could not be any happier with the outcome. The service and communication from the front office was top-notch as well. Highly recommend.

I have an “aging” Outback that has had a few window issues and Springer Body and Paint has been amazing! First, my drivers door window weather stripping was decaying and folding into the door when I’d roll the window down. They got the part ordered and installed within the week. All the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. The tech mentioned that the motor might have suffered extra wear due to this issue and might need replacement before too long, but seemed okay at that point. Well, we got a good year and a half more out of it and then it started to fail. I called them up again and they got the part in and scheduled the repair that week. Again, friendly staff and amazing service. They even called me (before replacement) because it was actually working when they checked it and wanted to make sure they had the correct information. When I picked up my car they even washed it and vacuumed the interior! 5 Star service!!

I discovered them via a Google Maps search and liked what I read in the comments. I found them to be super nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I was able to get scheduled within a week and out the same day. They fixed my leaky Outback sunroof for an incredibly reasonable price. (To my surprise, they found a way to fix it without replacing it, which was the original plan.) I felt well informed, well taken care of, and very fairly treated. I highly recommend them and will be sending people their way!

Andy and his team are top notch at customer care. I brought a technical paint job in for my Porsche 911 and they handled it with care. Don't hesitate to bring your expensive Auto or car part that needs paint to his shop as they have all the latest technology to create a wonderful finish to your product. They won't let down.

I had a great experience at the Cornelius location, best people to deal with hands down. Save your time and money and go there first!

I got hit by a truck in November and I was referred to them by a local shop. It took a bit to get into the shop but they were up front about the timing and how long would it take to fix once we got it into a repair process. I attached a picture of what my car looked like from one side of the car it was a mess. Updated to add what it looked like when I got it back. I was beyond impressed.

We found Springer Body & Paint via referral from another business. Went in with two non-functioning electic windows on our Ford Expedition and were treated with friendliness, courtesy and efficiency. The owner Aimee ended up saved us money by re-using parts of the assembly that were still good. A pleasant experience, start to finish. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I ended up canceling my appointment due to the owner thought I would save $$ by seeking a shop that specializes in fixing water issues. Gave 4 stars due to the fact they are very accommodating.
