They don't have a local number here now, so don't waste your time trying to find one. Have to go there in person to talk to them or find out about your package. Very nice and helpful. I would definitely use them over the local Fed Ex, every time.

UPS : North Bend Oregon
This store effectively forces it's customers to wait 2 additional days ,because for whatever reason they are closed sat and sun ? That means if you've paid for a delivery that's higher demand , you won't get it because the customer hub is closed "CLOSED " why ? I've waited countless times ,and all over up north ,Portland Salem Eugene trout dale they are all open this is truly frustrating like WORK , that's life

Kat the ups driver has a habit of sleeping with peoples husbands/boyfriends. Personally don’t trust a person like that with addresses and deliveries.

Please be aware that this UPS Customer Center does NOT accept Amazon QR codes. You must have a printed label. The closest UPS "Store" to accept QRC's is in Roseburg.

Terrible delivery driver(s) and management, but kind and helpful worker on site.For package delivery: Well-Marked, large, time sensitive package was not delivered because "up two flight of stairs," but NO NOTE to pick it up as will-call was left, either. I understand that the box was too heavy for *you* (though I got it up the stairs alone just fine) but you need to walk *yourself* up the stairs to leave a will-call / undeliverable note on my door or mailbox.For outgoing packages: Despite listing themselves as a UPS Store, they have no equipment that will scan a UPS barcode, and instead offer that you go to Staples (they can't, either, wasted trip) or drive all the way to the Roseburg UPS Store. (86 miles / 1 hour 40 minutes *each way*)Terrible, copied responses to critical reviews: *All* critisisms are responded to with the same worthless response, ending with "For further assistance from UPS, please contact us with your information via a Private Message or Direct Message on one of our social channels: Facebook, Instagram or X @UPS."I'm reviewing this publically on Google Maps for a reason. I will NOT waste my time on social media nor give you *More information* on myself for retaliation purposes. I will, however, look into how to report them to corporate for thier ineptitude.They need to hire driver(s) who will walk up stairs, managers who will actually respond to reviews, and purchase the nessicary equipment to serve their purpose, or ***they need to be stripped of their franchise rights as a UPS Store.***I feel very bad for the kind and helpful woman who assisted me on-site, because if this site get shut down by corporate, she'll loose her job. :(

Absolute garbage management and delivery services. My package was delivered on a completely different street 1/2 mile from my address. Supposed to get delivered Wednesday (wrong address), went to the office Thursday (management said they'll pick it up and re-deliver on Friday), Friday comes around (no package was delivered). Came back to the office on Saturday (off business hours) requesting them to find the package but management couldn't find or give me any clear answer. Package is MIA.I tried filing a claim, UPS says package was delivered with proof of picture and GPS coordinates, they won't give me the coordinates and the picture was taken 1/2 mile from my address (found the power meter that the package was leaning on). I'm out $353.99 which includes expedited two day shipping. Local UPS can't find it, Online UPS won't let me file another claim with me, proving the address on the picture was at the wrong location.

This UPS center is fantastic ? I've moved from North Bend and can't get here to get mail. Expecting a check so I call daily to √ on it been waiting weeks for retirement ✔️ Michael has been great taking the time so I don't have to waste gas driving to no avail. He's been understanding and is very professional. I thank him very much for going above and beyond in his dutys .UPS hs a good employee there.
