Management was really rude when asking if you all take a virtual card, my physical one was stolen, after he said he couldn't help I said I was going to ask the store, he got mad and started yelling I'm the manager out here following me to my car yelling it! worst customer service ever, I was completely out of gas, lucky vp in coos helped me with Google pay so I was able to get gas, thanks to the Nice employees of vp!!!!!

The Mrs & I are traveling & needed to restock. We found this Safeway to be clean & well stocked, with very helpful employees. We like to stop at the deli for fresh cut meats & cheeses. Tawnia served us & did a great job. She was informative when I asked about the different slices & very helpful. Riley was the cashier & was also an example of a great employee. My only concern is one I have with most grocery stores today. The baggers need training. We didn't have our own bags & he stuffed as much as he could into two paper bags. Placing a bag of chips next to a container of juice is a great way for us to enjoy potato chip crumbles. He placed one of the bags into our cart & said "Be careful, this is full. I don't trust the handles." Well, why did you cram so much into it then? Put the chips into a separate bag. We're going to pay for it.

The pharmacy aid was very tricky because I bought a medicine worth of $300.00 and she did something on the cashier so I can’t claim my rewards for gas points.

Always problems with digital coupons. Customer service is not what it use to be. I redeemed my rewards and they did not ring up right. the cashier said my phone was on the wrong store. She fiddled with my phone and my reward items went away. when I commented well I guess I've lost my rewards. She said, oh well. She did not take any measures to satisfy me. I shop there every week and I expect better service.

Green bananas from the grocery pickup like it's a prank. Seriously, who TF likes green bananas? This isn't the first time and it's not like they don't have ripe bananas, I was in the store less than 24hrs ago. Now I have to go back and get ripe bananas. Thanks Safeway

This is one of the busiest Safeway stores I've been in, and the selection shows. This store has a lot of stuff the Coos Bay store does not, and management seems to be on top of things.

I will give it more when they take care of a situation. Their self-check-out woman, Roma, is so rude. I watched as she embarrassed a customer while passing herself as a manager when she not. She was argumentative and the poor woman she sought to humiliate was like a bullseye She needs to be retrained to sensitivity training or reassigned. Safeway needs to train employees better than this. I felt so bad for the real cashier who looked so embarrassed herself being caught in the middle. December 21,2019: The woman at the deli as of this moment is extremely rude. We did nothing to her and she complained about us to her manager when we had just asked her to take care of someone so we can make up our minds. He treated us rudely too. She does not belong in customer service. I hate this Safeway, everyone is rude.
