Friendly and helpfull staff. me and my wife picked out my wedding ring together. ended up having an issue when sending the ring in to be sized but they handled it and took good care of us.

The ladies were very nice and extremely helpful. This is definitely my first choice jewelry store in Coos county. They they were so amazing I wish I could remember there names so I could recommend them specifically. I actually had a fun time. Also they are dog friendly!

Courteous and friendly staff with a cute dog. Excellent work on the ring I had repaired and resized. It took a couple weeks though because they send their stuff out. If you have the time to wait, you'll be pleased with their work. They were kind and professional enough to recommend a local specialist for some watches I need work on.

Dishonest and unprofessional.I wanted my fiancée's engagement ring resized. We were given an estimate and told it would be ready in a week.A week later, they told us it would take another week and we found out they don't have a goldsmith: it had been shipped out of state to Washington. Another week passed and it still wasn't ready. All in all, it took 3 weeks to resize a ring. What's worse, it wasn't even properly sized and the staff to blame it on the ring being "top-heavy". They also pretended they had told it would take 3 weeks.The one star is because they did agree to provide a refund.We went to Jurgens Jewelers shortly after and had it sized perfectly in under an hour. Don't waste your time and money with Harry Ritchie.
