Hi great store, great inventory , but the most miserble group of people i have ever met. As a 40 plus year contractor,this is worst customer service i have ever seen. They act like they are doing me a favor to wait on me. I will never go there again and advise others to do the same. There are other choices in this town

Purchased 3 stormdoors for my home. 2 arrived after only a few weeks. One was for a 30" door and it has been backordered for three months. NOT Do It Bests fault, it's the manufacturers fault. Lawsons windows and doors I think.

Really awful service today. Around 12:30 went in with the intention of buying a piece of plywood. I asked for someone to go into the plywood room with me and point out the different types and costs - would have taken five minutes at the most - but when I asked the guy at the counter, wearing a blue shirt, who wasn't doing anything but talking with a co-worker, I got the eye and head roll. He made it clear he was put out by the request and told me he'd give me prices if I'd just tell him what kind of plywood I wanted, as if I bought plywood every day. This was all AFTER trying to deal with his co-worker behind the counter, an older woman, who was just as useless as he was. Neither of them wanted to do anything but stand around talking which is really beside the point. The point is I was there to buy something and they were there to try and sell it to me, not send me out the door which is what they did. I told the guy in the blue shirt thank you and never mind and turned and walked out. He was still going on when I was at the door, about giving me prices if I just knew what I wanted. He won't have to worry about giving me prices again - I won't be going back.

Staff was not friendly. Acted as though I was bothering them. I bought some lumber...It was VERY poor grade and outside in the rain. I had to let the wood dry before I could use it.
