I have never experienced any poor service from this branch. If I don’t understand anything, even something trivial, they take the time to explain it to me. Their customer service in my opinion is professional, friendly and most importantly, solution focused.

I like the fact that they have an ATM that's in the Drive-Thru you don't have to get out of your car to go to the ATM there

I have had a checking account with Banner Bank for years... I think 2001 or 2002 And I'll tell ya they are some good people always very helpful and kind.. Thank you B.B.
