I showed up prior to the front office opening, but a very nice woman from the warehouse (I should have gotten her name ?♀️) looked up my package for me and answered my questions. She was very friendly and helpful, which was especially nice since my morning had been chaos.

Not abut the office, but about the driver who delivers to North Point in Depoe Bay. He delivered a package to my home on N.W Yaquina Ave on Friday morning the 9th of Feb. As he approached the driveway, I had walked my 95 lb. rescue dog. As he approached us, the dog was off leash, & got upset with his approach. She charged towards him barking very loud. She did not get closer than 4 feet, but she showed her teeth & looked angry. He backed up & held his logbook in front of him. I finely got the dog to come to me. I apologize for the incident, & I will make sure to keep the dog inside. So sorry for the whole incident. It will not happen again. I am a disabled Vietnam vet, & have to shop on line for many things.

I've been waiting for my package since last Friday. Today is Tuesday. I was home both days UPS came and no one knocked. Each day a missed delivery notice was placed on my door. The first one said I could sign to release my package. The second note said they couldn't release it without making contact. Again, I was home, inside waiting for a knock. If I couldn't sign to release my package why was it an option on the missed delivery note? Why didn't the driver make a note saying I couldn't sign for it on the notice the first time? So now I've been sitting outside for nearly 2 hours waiting for the driver during the delivery window. Today is the final delivery attempt. I spent $20 on shipping for this?!

I usually prefer ups over other carriers but on the coast I do not. I have had 1 packaged damaged and no notice of where it was and the most recent was supposedly delivered but it is not to be found. I feel like they should take more precautions to know where the package is or was supposedly delivered.
