Needed to ship an item. I called a day prior and the owner said they stock boxes and shipping materials. Arriving to the store I had to climb over piles of inventory and ended at a very odd barrier.
I was told they don't stock anything for that and then the employee presumed to take piles of trash and other items to build a box for my package. They guaranteed it wad packed well and it wss time to ship.
The employee then said they can't afford to ship my item and asked me to give them cash so they could deposit into their bank account.
I did not accept the request and paid her 20 or so dollars for packing my item and went to usps and shipped it there.
It wss lovely to find out once the item had arrived the item has been destroyed and it wss in fact packed poorly. I shouldn't of expected anything less after my inital.experience
This wss not a cheap item and I regret ever stepping foot in this flea market.

Not very friendly. Won't give you a receipt when you use them to ship a return.

I went to drop off a UPS package as they are listed as a drop off location. I asked the man behind the counter if I could have a receipt for the drop off. His reply was, "I can't give you a receipt, but I do have a tip jar!" and tapped the tip jar suggesting I should tip him. He even has a cute little sign on his UPS tip jar so if you go there expecting to have a simple transaction, you're going to be asked to tip. I told him I'd rather use a drop box and he replied, "They won't give you a receipt either!" I'm sorry if UPS doesn't compensate you to your liking for the service you provide for them, but if that is the case you should consider ending your contract instead of harassing customers for tips to use their service. What an absolutely low-rent, cheap move that was. If you need to drop a package off, look up "UPS drop off location" and there are other businesses in town that will happily accept your package.

I was so kind when I walked in held the door for other costumes and the person working at the counter was extremely rude to me I was simply asking how this works and where we put packages because I have never done this he tells me it won’t be picked up until tomorrow I was okay with that then he goes you can leave a donation if you want your package to be safe and I was like I don’t have anything on me but next time I’ll try my best! but I think that is a little rude in my opinion!

Manager of the store is extremely rude and catty. Acts like she is in high school! It’s a growing world, being kind and choosing to grow with it instead of bashing others you don’t know is essential. If I could give zero stars I would. Typical rudeness of Newport, people like this give the entire coast a bad rap!Even the response from the owner says enough in itself! Goes on to argue with her customers, embarrassing.

I like to support our local community but I have been to this place a few times and unfortunately always leave disappointed with the interaction. The customer service has a lot to be desired. To me patience, kindness, and respect go a long way so I will now find a different place that is more welcoming to my business.

The man working in the store was extremely rude. Rude, rude, rude. We will never do business there again. I suggest others do business elsewhere. He also insisted on putting a tip in his tip jar witch we refused to do so.

We have been small business owners and understand how challenging it is to meet so many diverse needs in so many situations. Shipping Solutions really is solution oriented. These days, things are more expensive, there are restrictions and Margaret and Lane keep themselves informed of these. Whether you need a notary, specialized shipping or packaging, or a secure mail box, check these local neighbors out. Our daughter came in with her kids, needing some help and the owner was kind enough to invite our grand kids to play with some nice, clean toys while their mama had her business needs met. Now that's service!

First off this place is seemingly filled with trash/junk, you have to wear a mask or you will not receive services, and they require a “donation” to ship your packages. You read that correctly. A donation. They suggest a dollar a package!!!Everything about this place screams sketchy and not reliable. Do not go here. Avoid at all costs.

I am shocked that the person who took my packages was extorting money from me. He was trying to force me to pay a "donation." He wasn't going to take my packages unless I gave him money and said I could take them up the road. I finally left. I don't know if he mailed them or not. They need reported.
