Super clean rooms. Fantastic cold breakfast options. Lee +front desk) is funny and very personable. Beds are super plooph, but if you're short, a bit difficult to get onto. Slept very well. Private bath with all the amenities. Very close to the beach, 15 minutes walk. Highly recommend!

Stayed here a couple of times now. Spacious, clean rooms right in the heart of Newport.

Clean and comfortable. The only downfall was the toilet. It's low to the floor and small around. I'm a plus size guy. It was usable but uncomfortable. But that was the only flaw. For the price it still gets 5 stars from me.
