Extremely pleased!
The 10x15' unit was very clean and spacious with very tall ceilings.
When I first went to check it out, the door wouldn't open. (Later found out it had been newly painted) I was worried and replied to the text I had received to confirm my purchase of the unit. Within an hour I had received a text and 2 phone calls to let me know they had resolved the problem. Management was very kind and helpful! We were able to back a 20' uhail down the side lane fairly easily. Also, being able to rent and schedule a move out online was super convenient. I would certainly use Safe and Sound storage again and highly recommend.

Management is great. When the new owners took over, the property needed a lot of work. This new management is really working hard and making a lot of improvements. They are also nice people and easy to deal with.

Never have any problems. Very clean. Friendly employees. I feel like my stuff is secure and there is security cameras. I would recommend this place to a friend.

I know & manage the on site manager & other than from Ashley have only heard great things about him. I have a string of emails from Ashley. She was caught living in a unit, doing unmentionable things in a unit, continuously late on payments, everything was always someone else fault ~ Finally told her that I think it would be in everybody best interest if she just left. It is extremely sad that anyone can write anything on these reviews.

The manager lives on site and is a creepy pervert! Always came into my unit drinking and hitting on me.
