Wife and I go here every year when we visit the coast. One of the coolest stores we’ve been! The perfumes/colognes are legendary. Way more fun than the tourist trap stores on the boardwalk.

This shop is awesome. Collection of unexpected Victorian era dark culture. Witchcraft, medical oddities, the unexplained and you probably can't imagine what you will see, unless you are familiar with the dark era and what it consists of. If you are curious, take the time to check this place out. You won't believe this interesting lifestyle of reality versus the unknown truth or is it?

What a fun/macabre find. This place is as much exhibit as store and I found so many things I wanted to buy. I definitely spent more than I meant to and took a million pictures! The lights, the displays, the collections... Well worth the visit if you are fascinated by magic, apothecary, death, and the mystical.

Unfortunately AI slop has claimed what used to be a cool and authentic place. AI “art” on tons of items throughout the store. Really, really disappointing. I will no longer be able to recommend this to friends and strangers alike. I hope it’s just a phase, as this place used to be awesome.

Does not allow ADA service dogs, due to a incident with a fake dog. Violation of ADA regulations, no questions asked, no ID accepted. Shame on them. Learn the rules.

I absolutely loved this store. It's a mix between Gothic and Victorian. I bought some body butter, called nevermore, which has a musky smell. I love that they make all their body butters and sprays there.
Also, the shop workers were so friendly and non judgemental. Will definitely be back, when I'm in the area.
