So we got double booked and the owner chose to take the other group instead of us. We first texted the owner to confirm our appointment and we showed up at the agreed date and time. After sending her a text when we arrived, she finally came out after 20 minutes of waiting. However she told us that she has an appointment right now and a mom and a child showed up after us. She said we can feed the horses if we wanted to and left.She hurriedly left with the mom and child. We waited 30 minutes playing with the horses before we got bored and left. Two hours later she texted me asking where I was. Why would anyone waste 2 hours of their time just waiting around???I told her we left because we had an agreed time and she failed to meet us. Super rude and unapologetic.

Sent a text on 7/25/22, no reply. I called 7/26/22 and the voicemail says send a text. Sent a second text on 7/26. Today is 8/9/22 and still no reply.

The best location for toddlers! Received lessons by Shelby, Emma and Stacey for our daughter who is a toddler. They have a wide array of saddles (western and English) for little kids along with horses who are well trained with little kids. Clyde and Sonny are amazing horses and Ace is a wonderful Pony for first time riders. Love the 30 min loop around Back Bay!

I was a bit grouchy upon arriving to the Saddle Club. I had just pulled a quick 48-hour whirlwind trip to Seattle, interviewing for multiple positions. Missed my flight, got five hours of sleep, and drove the kids to Newport for their horseback ride.I was a little nervous reading a review where an adult was led on his ride, however, this was not my experience. We had two adults and two small children in our party. One of my children was led by the pony for half the ride and then all of us were able to ride at our own pace with the most beautiful view of the water and beachside.Stacy was great with my kids and the horses. I was never worried about safety and the ride was calming. I felt centered for the first time in weeks after the ride. It was beautiful. She spent a lot of time with us. I am grateful for a wonderful 3rd birthday, thank you!We were just a little cramped in the beginning with another birthday party there. My children learned to paint hooves though, and that was an excellent activity to space out the two separate parties.

My baby Ashley starts riding at 2 years old, I can see her progress every week. After a few weeks, she can already start trotting. I am so impressed. This become one of her favorite activities. I have to say instructor Emma is exceptional, she is knowledgeable and very kind, patient with kids. Five star for her!

Stacy stopped responding to my wife and we paid her in cash up front and it's been weeks of avoiding us. This person is a crook, do not trust her. At this point I just want a refund for the money we paid her which she currently owes us either 4 horse riding lessons at $85 each or our money back. Our next step will be filing a grand theft police report if we do not get a formal response by Monday.

My family went on a trail ride through the back bay in Newport and had a great time. The girls who lead the ride were really nice and great with my sons.
