Absolutely the worst place to use for your prescriptions. Every one there should be fired for incompetence. Never ever have I had to make 3 times to get a prescription filled! Use Fred Meyers, Safeway or god forbid Walmart because this place sucks!

The only place in Newberg where I have witnessed someone being arrested aggressively and watched an old lady in the throws of drug withdrawal due to the staff's inability to communicate with providers or find time to assist customers. DO NOT order medications that require approval to this location. Please shut it down.

The organization WALGREENS is awful. Less than one star. Their overworked staff are doing their best. We've transfered all long term prescriptions to an online service because waiting in lines for an hour to two hours isn't okay. But it was *never* the staff's fault. You can't expect staff to make up for their evil overlord's decisions to continue to pocket money and give CEOs ridiculous bonuses and ignore their employees and their cries for help. Walgreens owes their staff mental health vacations and all their cruddy (I'm staying PG) Walgreens CFOS need to show up and cover their vacations. RISKING THEIR OWN HEALTH. As their staff did. During a PANDEMIC.

Consistently understaffed, belligerent and petty. I was told an urgent prescription would be ready at 5pm, when I showed up at 6pm (after waiting in line of only 5 people, one who left, for over 40 minutes) I was told it would be another half hour or so to fill another 6 precisions prior to mine. I'm in disbelief this is the modern process of a pharmacy. I hope this pharmacy and its processes in their entirety are no longer in existence soon so we can get our medication when needed and when promised.

How can a Pharmacy go SO WRONG WITH SUCH GOOD PEOPLE???? I wouldn't even give 1 star if I had that option. Lousy Communication! Life and death meds OUT OF STOCK! One day in the drive through After I'd been notified my rx was ready I waited...and when it was my turn I was told it wasn't ready. I asked when and I was told there were 1000 rx ahead of me and the lady just walked away,!!!!! I'm so sorry that you professionals work your tails off under such lousy ownership or management. I pray corporate gets this figured out or people will DIE because of your ineptitude.! Thank you to the good ones like India and a few of the pharmacists.And goodbye! I can't deal with Walgreens pharmacy anymore!!!.

If I could rate this pharmacy less than 1 star, I would. They have delayed my medications more than once, sometimes longer than a month since I ordered it. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. ?

Staffing is horrible! Nobody answers the phone and every time I go it to get my pills that should be ready are not and they say come back in a couple hours..

COMMUNICATION!! I was sent back and forth to which location had my subscription and when I got through to the Sherwood pharmacy they were less than friendly and abrupt. They need to beef up their staffing in order to satisfy and serve their customers properly
