Pharmacy is always kinda slow. They need more people. The people that are there are great!

I asked if they needed insurance information and was told they would be able to figure it out by finding it in their system. My Rx ended up being delayed because they couldn’t find it 😬. I was literally in tears because I was waiting for medication that would help with pain I was in. Not happy.

A prescription for pain med was sent to them last evening from the ED. I called at 3:45 pm the next day and was told it would be at least 30 min for the refill this is unacceptable and customers don’t care if you’re busy. I also waited almost 45 min for a flu vaccine that I had an appt for. Terrible pharmacy
