The staff was very polite and focused on getting my phone set up quickly so I wasn't spending all day at the store. All of my questions were answered and I love my new phone! Thank you to Chris for all your help!!

Erica was the best! Of all the stores I've been this one rocked. Saved me having to trade in phone by fixing my problem. Erica is always helpful and so educated in her job.

Hands down the WORST customer service ever!!!!! I went to the Newberg location three times trying to get my broken phone replaced. after being dismissed and condescended I left without a working phone and no idea how to rectify my problem! I went to the Tigard location the next day and in 5 min I had a new phone and knew how to get full use out of it.

When my husband and I walked in we were not greeted at all, store didn’t look busy but the lady was helping someone. Not a big deal, a guy with the name of Gabe came out and greeted us right away and helped the next person in line. When it was our turn he was very patient transferring a line and adding a line and the other person left so he was then alone at the store. While helping us and waiting in between different processes he continued to greet other people and was nothing but patient processing multiple parties at one time. Great customer service through Gabe!

Wish I could give negative stars. I waited a half hour to be told I needed to wait longer because someone was already over on their time for the day. They never once asked what I was there for. I just needed my screen protector transferred from one phone to another. They then said that unless purchased from that exact store they couldn't do that. AFTER I waited! Because apparently my time isn't important. I left work early to be able to make it in. Customer service -000

I went on September 1st of 2023 and I was helped by Michael, the store manager, he was amazingly cooperative and answered every question I had. He was very down to earth and it was overall a great experience. 10/10 would recommend. Everything was great!!!
