I haven't moved in a year yet the past couple months all my mail is being returned to sender and telling them I moved and didn't leave a forwarding address. I HAVEN'T MOVED! MY ADDRESS HASN'T CHANGED! It's very upsetting and I haven't been able to get ahold of someone to fix it.

I have an address registered with PO. But whenever there's a substitute they can't seem to deliver to my address. I use prescription mail order which is extremely frustrating.

Always delivering mail to the wrong address. Also never forwarded my mail, they said I filled out the form without my new address. That doesn't even make sense, why would I do that? That defeats the purpose of the whole form!! They just don't want to take any responsibility for their bad work.

I was waiting for a package which the post office says was delivered. I never received it. Apparently, put in someone else's mail box. Help. How can I get my package delivered correctly.

My mail is not being delivered... I am waiting for a 2 day package that was shipped 4 days ago. Trying to call to find out. Prompts don't understand and do not have numeric option. Said "customer service" 3 times... finally! Oh... expected wait time is 50 minutes!!! seriously?!!

Super tiny office. Just walked in to drop off some pre-addressed and pre-stamped mail. There's a small desk area if you need to fill out some stuff when you get there, and a mail slot if you're dropping stuff by. I'm assuming there's someone working there in the back, because there's an inner door with some signage indicating to ring a doorbell to let someone know you need further assistance (I chuckled because it says to be patient because it takes time to walk all the way to answer the door).

I have had delivery and "hold mail" problems in the past but it seems they have had a personell changeover...here is hoping things get better.
