I'm seriously sick of this place wasting my time. They keep giving me conflicting information and are completely unhelpful.

I haven't moved in a year yet the past couple months all my mail is being returned to sender and telling them I moved and didn't leave a forwarding address. I HAVEN'T MOVED! MY ADDRESS HASN'T CHANGED! It's very upsetting and I haven't been able to get ahold of someone to fix it.

I have an address registered with PO. But whenever there's a substitute they can't seem to deliver to my address. I use prescription mail order which is extremely frustrating.
